Onboard Training at UTMB provides new employees with a very high level view of emergency preparedness, as well as how UTMB responds to incidents that negatively impact our campuses, clinics, and facilities. More detailed information is given to new employees when they meet with their supervisor regarding their emergency role and classification. New employees will also undergo their annual emergency preparedness training along with any specialized trainings (e.g. incident command training), and any additional educational materials posted on this website.
