The annual application process for election to the University of Texas Kenneth I. Shine, M.D., Academy of Health Science Education is now open. Accomplished educators in all five UTMB schools are encouraged to apply. Submissions should be directed to the Office of Faculty Affairs at facultyaffairs@utmb.edu with the subject line “Shine Academy 2025.” The internal deadline for submitting applications and supporting materials is July 12, 2025, at 5 p.m.
