Welcome to Supply Chain Management

Supply Chain is a strategic partner in delivering exceptional patient care and operational excellence. More than a logistics function, we serve as a critical stakeholder in shaping value-driven decisions across the enterprise. Our integrated team spans five core areas - Strategic Sourcing and Value Analysis, Contracting, Procurement, Informatics, and Operations - working collaboratively to ensure every product and service aligns with clinical and financial priorities. From cultivating supplier relationships and negotiating optimal agreements to leveraging data for informed decisions and ensuring timely distribution, we enable UTMB to achieve its mission with efficiency, compliance, and innovation.
