We will be working closely with state and local agencies to evaluate multiple forms of mosquito control techniques in Texas. One mosquito control technique our team will deploy in communities in the Lower Rio Grande Valley is the CDC Autocidal Gravid Ovitrap, which kills adult mosquitoes without the use of insecticides. We will also be working with local agencies currently conducting mosquito control activities to determine if adult and/or larval mosquito control are successfully reducing mosquito populations.
