Amino Acid and Analogues

Amino acids are the fundamental building blocks of proteins. Non-proteinogenic amino acids are also important intermediates in metabolic pathways and can function as signaling molecules.

This analysis uses the SCIEX aTRAQ kit to analyze nearly 50 amino acid and analogues.

(Note: absolute quantification is generally used as the default for this assay.)
