Leadership and investigators represent all four schools and three institutes at UTMB. Membership in the center is by appointment, based on the faculty’s research interest and scholarly work on aging. The Internal Advisory Team is comprised of Dr. Mouton, Provost and Dean of the School of Medicine, Dr. Sharma, Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Urban, Vice President for Research and PI of the Clinical Translational Science Award, and Dr. Brown, Dean of the School of Health Professions. It advises and supports the Executive Committee in the identification of new investigators, resource optimization and new opportunities for research and collaborations.
